And if you have been wondering about the face behind our agency, I’ll start by sharing a bit about me. I am Nirmal Atreya, I came to the US as a you d immigrant from Nepal in early 2000 as a young immigrant with entrepreneurial aspirations I’ve grown as a person here in Northern Virginia, and now call Winchester, VA home. Here, I live an active life with my wife and daughter.

I've spent 16+ years of my career with Pier 1 Imports starting as a Sale Associate to Managing the Winchester, VA store. I believe in challenging the status quo and creating opportunities to thrive together. I've also owned and operated two other retail businesses and mentored many interested in starting their own small businesses. I'm also actively involved in my local community. We are definitely stronger together.

Starting businesses and helping others start theirs has given me a front seat view of the many risks involved in doing so. I strongly believe in taking calculated risks as well as proactively mitigating risks. Therefore, owning a State Farm Franchise whose mission is to "help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams" was a natural fit. I look forward to working with you and serving you as you work your way towards realizing your dreams.
